Simbu and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar starrer 'Podaa Podi' which is directed by Vignesh Shivan will see a single track and teaser release soon.

The makers of the film are planning to launch the single track along with a 1 minute teaser in June end. Dharan is scoring music for the film. Now makers have planned to launch "Love Panlama Venama" single song from 'Podaa Podi' with a 1 minute visual teaser.

The actor Simbu confirmed the news and tweets that ""Love Panlama Venama" single song from 'Podaa Podi' will be releasing this month!!! With a 1 minute visual teaser as well!!!".

Sony Music has bagged the audio rights of Gautham Menon's upcoming film which is a bilingual film. And the bilingual film has the maestro Ilayaraja and Gautham Menon together.

Sony Music has bagged the audio rights of both Tamil version 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham' (NEP) and Telugu version 'Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu' (YVM). It was acquired by Sony for a whooping amount of Rs. 2.5 crore.

 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham' audio will be launch on July 6th and the film will expected to hit the screens on August or September.


Samantha playing female lead role in the both versions, while Jeeva in Tamil and Nani in Telugu playing the male lead roles.

Director Apoorva Lakhia has wrapped up the first schedule of "Zanjeer" remake with its lead actor Ram Charan Teja, and says that Priyanka Chopra will join the shooting in September.

"We have shot 40 percent of the film in Mumbai with the other star cast. The film should be done by November end and is scheduled for a next year release," Lakhia told.

"Priyanka will join the crew by September," he added.

The actress will step into Jaya Bachchan's role in the film and there were reports that Amitabh Bachchan, who played the lead role in the original that won him the title of "Angry Young Man", will do a cameo in it.

When asked whether he has already shot with Big B, Lakhia said: "No comments".

"Zanjeer" remake is being produced by Amit Mehra, son of late filmmaker Prakash Mehra who had directed and produced "Zanjeer", which was released in 1973 and the film's stupendous success turned Amitabh into a superstar and after that he never looked back.
