It was way back in 2006 on a whim I entered our studio apartment into the Small Cool Contest. Our entry still lives in the archives, including the narrow sun room I once called a home office. I still occasionally miss the unusual space for the brilliant sunsets enjoyed from its expanse of windows and the nautical vessel-efficient organization utilized to work around the space limitations.
 
And so every year during our annual ode to small space living, submitted by you our readers, I find myself continually impressed with the little corners small space dwellers carve out to work from. Most hardly qualify as a "home office", and more often are double duty areas where a laptop desk might become a dining table which later becomes the apartment's home entertainment area. 

Need a little monetary incentive to get motivated for spring cleaning? Those cluttered closets, basements, and attics might be storing away boxes and boxes of potential Amazon.com credits...

That's right — the mouse and keyboard that you spend all day touching? Both collect germs quickly, and your shag carpet and shedding cat are doing no favors to your computers fans. It's time to get Command+Clean!
