Chillar party wins National Award for best children's film, Chillar party wins National Award, Who are won best child artist National Award, Best original screenplay for Chillar Party, 


Nitesh Tiwari and Vikas Bahl directed "Chillar Party" was named the best children's film at the 59th National Awards announced here Wednesday. The nine child artists in the film also shared the best child artist award along with Partho Gupte, who played the lead role in "Stanley ka Dabba".

"Chillar Party" also won the prestigious award for the best original screenplay for writers Nitesh Tiwari, Vijay Maurya and Vikas Bahl.

The child artists from the film "Chillar Party" who won the award are Irfan Khan, Sanath Menon, Rohan Grover, Nama Jain, Aarav Khanna, Vishesh Tiwari, Chinmai Chandransuh, Vedant Desai and Divij Handa.

Bollywood choreographers Bosco-Ceaser Wednesday won a National Award for directing popular song "Senorita" in the film "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara".

The 59th National Film Awards were announced here.

The road-trip movie, directed by Zoya Akhtar, stars Abhay Deol, Hrithik Roshan and Farhan Akhtar. The song featured the three actors and they even sang it.

This is the first National Award for the duo, who have been choreographing since 2000. Their first film was "Mission Kashmir".

Rihanna’s favourite snack goes missing

Singer Rihanna was reportedly given a different snack after her emergency box of Cheetos, flown from US to Britain, went missing in transit.

The star, who is a fan of Cheetos, could not be without them while carrying out a promotional tour in London, reported femalefirst.co.uk.

According to reports, the box did not arrive and staff at her five-star hotel decided to use bags of British cheese-flavoured crisps Wotsits instead.

"Everyone was panicking when the box didn't turn up. We decided to sneakily empty bags of Wotsits into bowls around her suite and hope she wouldn't taste the difference. We were a bit nervous, but she ate them and didn't say a word," a source told the Daily Star.

Bipasha clears equation with Madhavan

 Actress Bipasha Basu is miffed with reports that she is apprehensive about working with her "Jodi Breakers" co-star R. Madhavan again as the film has failed to mint moolah at the box office.

"I detest vicious Gossip!@ActorMadhavan is one of my most favourite co-stars and I would love to work with him on a film which we both like and suit," Bipasha wrote on Twitter.

"Power of writing should not be misused to that extent to create gossip which makes people sound shallow and nasty! Even if its a tabloid news," she added.

A tabloid reported that Bipasha is "willing to be part of a sequel (to 'Jodi Breakers') but has apparently said that if Maddy is part of the cast, she will not be in it."

Madhavan gave a comforting response to Bipasha through a tweet, saying: "<@bipsluvurself heyy.. Of course we will. Don't worry abt what these losers say. When has it ever mattered.. Yenjooy..have a wonderful day."

But the 33-year-old, who has been heaping praise on Madhavan ever since the film's promotion, was adamant about her stand.

"@ActorMadhavan Equations go bad because of these insensitive gossip diggers! As if bashing people is not enough. Now malign them too! Sad state," she posted.

To which Madhavan replied: "@bipsluvurself our equation is clear. Will take a lottt more than this poor scribes attempt to make their bread and butter to effect us yaar."

"Jodi Breakers", directed by Ashwini Chaudhary, saw Bipasaha and Madhavan as 'Jodi-Breakers' who help people who want to break their marriages and start a new life.
