Vijay’s Thuppaki First Look on April 13

Actor Vijay and director AR Murugadoss is working busy for the shoot of Thuppaki, will unveil the film’s first look on the 13th of April, on account of the festive occasion of Tamil New year’s Day.

The film which has music by Harris Jayaraj and the film’s Camera is handled by ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan. Vijay pairs with Kajal Agarwal.

Kalipuli S Tanu producing Thuppakki is gearing up to see the day light on Independence Day, on August 15th, that consists of music composed by Harris Jayraj, camera cranking by Santosh Siva, the cinematographer turn director in the technical crew.

The crew had recently wrapped up a shoot in Bangkok after a 10 day long schedule.

Shriya Saran becomes Sex Worker

After Anushka and Charmi, Shriya Saran is getting ready to play the role of a sex worker in a Telugu film.

"I am doing it because I liked the script," she said, refusing to divulge anymore details. There is no doubt that actresses are trying to break away from their stereotype image in an effort to break new ground.

The Wai district in Maharashtra is known for its ghats and temples on the banks of river Krishna. It’s a favourite shooting spot for several Indian filmmakers including KV Anand who is helming Suriya’s ‘Maatraan’.

A few days back a romantic melody featuring Suriya Sivakumar and Kajal Aggarwal was canned in here. The on screen chemistry between the duo is said to be one of the highlights of the slick flick.

KV Anand had first shot at the Wai area for the ‘Ballelakka…’ track in Rajini’s ‘Sivaji’ for which he worked as a cinematographer.

Earlier scenes and songs for several Bollywood flicks including ‘Dabangg’, ‘Swadesh’, Singham’ and Ishqiya were canned here.

The shooting of the film is almost wrapped, only a few songs are pending to be canned. ‘Maatraan’ has used performance capture technology for some high voltage action scenes. It’s doubtlessly one of the biggest projects for Suriya so far.

The team is aiming to release ‘Maatraan’ in the fag end of June or as an early July release.

Actor Surya to unveil Naan Ee audio

Superstar Surya is going to unveil the audio of Naan Ee being directed by SS Rajamouli on April 1st Sunday 2012.The event will be attended by Karthi, Selvaraghavan, Balaand others.

Naan Ee is the bilingual film that casts Veppam fame Nani and Samantha in the lead roles, Kannada actor Sudeep will be playing the main antagonist role in this socio-fantasy movie. Naan Ee story line revolves around Nani, who takes revenge on his death by reincarnating as a fly.

S S Rajamouli of Ram charan Teja’s Mahadheera fame has directed the movie and PVP Cinemas has produced the film.

SS Rajamouli being a top notch director in Tollywood launching the audio of Telugu version 'Eega' on March 30th, following with that of Naan Ee on 1st April.
