Allu Arjun’s New Movie Honey first schedule completed

Tollywood hero Allu Arjun’s upcoming movie directed by Trivikram with Ileana as the heroine, is presently progressing at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. The crew recently completed its first schedule. The film is said to be a comedy entertainer.

According to sources, Honey is the title under consideration. Allu Arjun will have a stylish look in this flick, produced by N. Radhakrishna and presented by D.V.V. Danayya. The comedy track is handled by Brahmanandam and Vennela Kishore. Sonu Sood is playing the villain. Devisri Prasad is composing the music.

Popular actress Nayantara, who received rave reviews for her performance in Balakrishna’s epic film Sri Rama Rajyam (Telugu) based on epic Ramayana, has been reportedly offered a film, which has also links with the epic.

According to sources, this untitled film's maker is Ram Gopal Varma and he approached Nayantara to play a key role as Mandodari, wife of demon king Raavana. If Nayantara gives a nod, she would pair up with Nagarjuna, sources further said. More details and official confirmation are awaited.

Nanban as Snehithudu

The Telugu edition of ace director Shankar’s upcoming Nanban, remake of Bollywood's hit 3 Idiots, has been reportedly titled Snehithudu. Earlier, it was said that 3 Rascals was the title for the Telugu version.

Dil Raju has bagged the theatrical rights of Snehitudu for the entire Andhra Pradesh and the audio of Snehithudu will be launched in the first week of January. The Tamil audio was released recently.

Shankar’s first ever remake, the film stars Vijay, Jiiva, Srikanth (known as Sriram in Telugu) and Ileana in the lead roles. Post production works are now in progress.

The Tamil version hits the screens on Pongal, while the Telugu version is expected to release on January 26.
